About Us
A HOUSE OF FLAGS is a family owned and operated flag and flagpole company located in Lakewood, Colorado. A House of Flags began back in 1985 when there was a great lacking of flag dealers in the area but a great deal of Patriotism! Our goal is outstanding customer service for all of our customers, supplying both quality products and services. We are the largest retailer of in stock flags in the Rocky Mountain Region!

Currently, A House of Flags has offices in Lakewood, Colorado and Colorado Springs, Colorado. We service anywhere in the state of Colorado, Nevada, Utah, New Mexico & Wyoming. Our Service Crews are very well trained and safe. We pride ourselves on our rapid response to most jobs requested of us. It is our goal to establish long lasting and trusting relationships with our customers!

Delivery and Return Info

Delivery:
You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our street store or ship them directly to your doorstep. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your orders get to you on time. At the Secure Checkout page, you‘ll see the ordered item’s description and its price. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order for an additional fee. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order.
Returns:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at flags@ahouseofflags.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 8201 W. 14th Ave. Lakewood, CO 80214
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
